Mikkel Skarnager is the CEO and co-founder of spektr, where he leads the company’s vision to modernize compliance infrastructure for financial services using AI. Before spektr, Mikkel co-founded HelloFlow together with Ciprian Florescu. HelloFlow, a platform for digital onboarding and workflow automation, was acquired by Trulioo in 2022. Through his prior experience, he worked closely with financial institutions and gained insight into the operational complexity behind compliance processes in regulated industries. At spektr, Mikkel focuses on building systems that move compliance teams away from fragmented, manual workflows and toward platforms where the work itself is executed in a structured and transparent way. He is based in Copenhagen.

Jan-Erik Aabo Wagner is Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer of spektr, where he leads the company’s commercial strategy and works closely with clients and partners. As part of the founding team, he built and leads spektr’s go-to-market organisation, driving revenue growth across sales, partnerships, and customer success. His focus is on delivering AI-powered compliance infrastructure to regulated financial institutions, enabling scalable onboarding, lifecycle management, and AML operations. Jan-Erik is based in Copenhagen.

Jeremy Joly is the Chief Product Officer and co-founder of spektr, where he leads product strategy and development. He brings experience from the financial services and electronic identity verification space, with a focus on building products that support complex, regulated workflows. At spektr, he works on designing systems with AI that allow compliance teams to operationalize processes more efficiently, combining flexibility with usability. Jeremy is based in Copenhagen.

Ciprian Florescu is the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of spektr, where he leads engineering and the company’s technical strategy. Before spektr, Ciprian co-founded HelloFlow with Mikkel Skarnager. Following its acquisition by Trulioo in 2022, he continued to focus on building scalable systems for compliance workflows. At spektr, Ciprian drives the development of robust infrastructure that supports AI-powered execution across compliance processes, with an emphasis on reliability, scalability, and integration with complex enterprise systems. He is based in Iași, Romania.
